This is chug light. A 1/2 model I made based on solar guitar’s V1.6RBOP ARTIST LTD. From CAD modeling in fusion 360 over 3D printing to roasting maple. All the measurements are based on photos found online and the specs on the solar website.
We used this prop in a music video for one of Ola Englund’s riff challenges and it ended up as an april fools post on the solar instagram and facebook page where it reached over 70.000 views. Which is absolutely hilarious especially because this was the 1st time we composed and recorded something on guitar.

Why 1:2 scale? Because it’s the sweet spot scale for detail, handling, material costs and “playability”. It’s the perfect size to display as a decorative element and rock along to your favorite metal band.
